La PEFCO incapacitante propulse un conteneur qui explose à l’impact en libérant  une émulsion en gouttelettes d’Oléorésine Capsicum OC et d’eau. Grâce à un procédé innovant, les gouttelettes ont un taille inférieure à 10µm permettant d’obtenir une diffusion exceptionnelle d’efficacité. En effet alors que la concentration globale d’OC est inférieure à 5%  la concentration des gouttelettes est de l’ordre de 40 %

The incapacitating PEFCO propels a container that explodes on impact by releasing an emulsion into Oleoresin Capsicum OC droplets and water. Thanks to an innovative process, the droplets have a size less than 10μm allowing to obtain an exceptional efficiency of diffusion . Indeed, while the overall concentration of OC is less than 5% the concentration of the droplets is of the order of 40%.
